In general, Work consists of a new facility of approximately 10,000 square feet
to an existing maintenance yard located in Gordon, NE.
Project includes construction of a precast concrete equipment storage and wash bay building
with structural steel roof framing members, concrete footings,
metal roof, sectional doors, hollow metal
and stainless steel doors and frames, aluminum windows,
mechanical and electrical and plumbing installation.
Site work includes site grading and paving areas.
