Bids signed and under seal, executed, dated, and submitted for the furnishing of all labor, materials, and equipment for the NPCC McDonald Belton Building Balcony Renovation prior to February 20, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. at North Platte Community College. Offers will be opened publicly immediately after the time for receipt of bids. The Owner will consider the bids received for the furnishing of said labor, materials and equipment necessary for the proper construction of aforesaid project.

The Project consists of:
The complete renovation of the entire balcony area at the east end of the McDonald-Belton Building Gymnasium. Work consists of the complete demolition of all walls and doors in the balcony along with ceilings and floors where indicated. The work also includes the installation of new walls, doors, windows and finishes along with new mechanical, electrical, plumbing and special systems.

Contractors may obtain full sets of Drawings and Project Manual from the following location:

Virtual Plan Room at www.adtechsupply.com.
A deposit in the amount of $75.00 (made payable to Wilkins Hinrichs Stober Architects) will be required for each set of bidding documents.
If shipping is required there is a non refundable flat rate of $25.00 per set made payable to A&D Technical Supply.
There will be an $8.00 handling fee for the use of shipper numbers (UPS).
CD's of the project in PDF format are available at a cost of $25.00 each, PURCHASE ONLY.
The deposit will be returned in full only if a) a qualified bid is submitted and the Drawings and Specifications are returned with fifteen (15) days of the bid determination, or if the Contractor decides not to submit a Proposal and the Bid Documants are returned within seven (7) days prior to the bid opening.
