PreBid Info:   A Pre-Bid Conference will be held at 3:30 p.m., Monday, February 10, 2014 at the High School building Media Center, 301 South ā€œGā€ Street, Milford Nebraska. All attendees must check in at the High School Office just south of the main entry. All bidders are encouraged to be present. There is no other time scheduled for inspection of the existing conditions.

Bid Info:   YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that the Milford Schools Foundation shall receive sealed bids on a Combined Construction contract including General, Mechanical and Electrical work for the proposed renovation at the existing Milford Public Junior/Senior High School at 301 South ā€œGā€ Street, Milford Nebraska.; That said bids shall be received by the Owner until 2:00 p.m., Thursday, February 20, 2014 at the District Office, Milford Public Elementary School, 1200 West 1st Street, Milford, Nebraska 68405. Immediately thereafter bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. All interested parties are invited to attend.

Public Notes:
The work shall consist of remodel of administrative office and designated building corridors in the existing Milford Jr/ Sr High School building and associated General, Mechanical and Electrical Work.



Job Purchase Information:
Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127 (402)592-4950, upon receipt of a refundable deposit in the amount of $75.00 payable to Carlson West Povondra Architects. *A Builder's Card will NOT be accepted in lieu of deposit check.

Bidders may also obtain a CD with PDF copies of the plans and specifications from the Architect by submitting a request to biddocs@cwparchitects.com or at (402) 551-1500. A nonrefundable fee of $25 per CD/Set and a fully executed Digital Data Agreement (found in the Project Manual) is required to process digital document requests.

Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $25.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, an amount determined by the Architect will be required to cover Shipping and Handling costs.

Bid Documents MUST be returned within (10) ten calendar days of Bid Opening to receive a deposit refund.
If Bid Documents are NOT returned within stipulated time period, the deposit will be forfeited.
