Millard Public Schools will accept sealed bids at the Don Stroh Administration Center (DSAC),
5606 S. 147th St., Omaha, NE for the construction project generally described as the Black Elk
Elementary School Additions until 10:00 AM (CST) on February 12, 2014 at which time, or as
soon as is practical thereafter, all such bids received will be opened in public at DSAC.

The Board of Education of the Millard Public Schools will receive Bids for the Additions and
Renovation at Black Elk Elementary School, 6708 S 161st Avenue, Omaha, Nebraska. The
project consists of a Classroom Addition, a Gymnasium Addition, and miscellaneous
interior renovation work at the existing facility. The project will be awarded as a Combined
Construction contract including General, Mechanical and Electrical work.

CD's and Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $20.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained.
If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $25.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
