PreBid Info:   A Prebid Conference will be held for potential Bidders on January 29th, 2014 at 2:45 PM CST. Bidders will meet in the lobby of the Black Elk Elementary School, 6708 S 161st Avenue, Omaha, Nebraska at that time and date. All Bidders are encouraged to be present. There is no other time scheduled for inspection of the Project’s site and interior of the building.

Bid Info:   Millard Public Schools will accept sealed bids at the Don Stroh Administration Center (DSAC), 5606 S. 147th St., Omaha, NE for the construction project generally described as the Black Elk Elementary School Additions until 10:00 AM (CST) on February 12, 2014 at which time, or as soon as is practical thereafter, all such bids received will be opened in public at DSAC.

Public Notes:
The Board of Education of the Millard Public Schools will receive Bids for the Additions and Renovation at Black Elk Elementary School, 6708 S 161st Avenue, Omaha, Nebraska. The project consists of a Classroom Addition, a Gymnasium Addition, and miscellaneous interior renovation work at the existing facility. The project will be awarded as a Combined Construction contract including General, Mechanical and Electrical work.

Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127 (402)592-4950 upon receipt of a non-refundable deposit in the amount of $86.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc. *A Builder's Card will NOT be accepted in lieu of deposit check.
CD's and Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $20.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $25.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

Bid Documents are available PURCHASE ONLY.
Do NOT return Bid Documents, as no deposit refund will be issued.
