The project consists of the construction and furnishing
of an approximately 7000 square foot addition to the south east corner of Willow Brook
2714 N. Lincoln Ave, York NE).
Willow Brook is a wood framed brick veneered structure.
The 7000 square foot addition will provide 10 new living units,
which will require expansion of the existing geothermal system
and additional parking spaces.
