North Middle School has an existing kitchen exhaust hood, kitchen exhaust fan, roof-mounted
heat-only make-up air unit, and roof-mounted cooling-only rooftop unit serving the existing kitchen. The District desires to upgrade the system. The project includes but is not limited to
the following major elements:
Removal of the existing kitchen exhaust hood and associated fire suppression system, removal of the existing kitchen exhaust fan, removal of the existing roof-mounted, heat-only make-up air unit, removal of the existing cooling-only rooftop unit, general demolition to accommodate equipment removal, installation of new kitchen exhaust hoods and associated fire suppression system, installation of a new kitchen exhaust fan, installation of a new roof-mounted, heat-only make-up air unit, installation of a new rooftop unit, installation of new ductwork, commissioning new equipment and controls, and electrical modifications to accommodate new mechanical equipment.
The temperature controls for this project shall be provided by Control Masters (402-333-9800).
