Master Builder Associates, Construction Manager as Constructor for the Faith Baptist Church invites you to bid your scope of work for the Construction of the Faith Baptist Church Addition and Remodel located at 704 South 12th Avenue in Rock Rapids, Iowa. Bids are to be faxed or e-mailed by 2:00 PM CST, Thursday, February 27, 2014 at Master Builder Associates, 602 West 6th Street, PO BOX 433, Doniphan, Nebraska 68832. Phone:(402)845-6255 Fax:(402)845-6256. Bids received after this time will not be accepted without notice prior to 2:00 PM CST. Results will be tabulated and bidders notified of the result after the Owner has completed review.

The project will be tax exempted and will consist of a 5,095 SF first floor addition and a 591 SF basement addition. Wood frame construction with exterior sheathing and interior gypsum board, shingle roof, EIFS finishes, exterior brick veneer, and metal panel siding. Also interior finishes, Glulam beams, case work, steel door frames, wood doors, door hardware, aluminum storefront doors and windows, carpet, tile, paint, miscellaneous specialties, mechanical, and electrical as shown and described in the specifications prepared by the Architect, Master Builder Associates.

Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127 (402)592-4950 upon receipt of a refundable deposit check in the amount of $100.00 payable to Master Builder Associates. * A Builder's Card will NOT be accepted in lieu of deposit check.
CD's and Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $15.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained.
If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $20.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Bid Documents MUST be returned to the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc. within 30 calendar days of Bid Opening, in good condition, to receive a deposit refund.
If Bid Documents are NOT returned within the time specified, the deposit check will be forfeited.
