Bid Info:   The Architect will receive sealed bids until 10:00 a.m. Central Standard Time on Tuesday, February 11, 2014, at The Schemmer Associates Inc., 1044 North 115th Street Suite 300, Omaha, Nebraska 68154-4436, Attn: Robert Whitmore. Bids received after this time will not be accepted. Bids will be opened privately after specified closing time. Tabulation of bids will be prepared by the Architect and mailed to each Bidder.

Public Notes:
You are invited to bid on a Combined Contract for selected door/window replacement at the Millard Public School: North Middle School. Contractor may commence work activities no sooner than June 2, 2014. It is possible, but not guaranteed, that construction could start as early as May 27, 2014 depending on accounting of school snow days. Contractor shall achieve Final Completion of the entire work not later than August 1, 2014.

CD's and Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $10.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $15.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

Do NOT return Bid Documents, as no deposit refund will be issued.
