Sealed bids will be received in the office of the City Clerk of the City of Bellevue, Nebraska until 10:00 AM., local time on the 4th of February, 2014. Bids will be received only upon the proposal furnished by the City of Bellevue. All sealed bids must be clearly marked “AMERICAN HEROES PARK, PHASE 3” on the
outside of the envelope.

The Work shall consist of furnishing of labor, materials, usage of contractor’s equipment, plant,
and all else necessary to complete “AMERICAN HEROES PARK, PHASE 3”, as
described in the plans and specifications in the City’s request for proposals and Notice to Bidders.

Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc, 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127, (402)592-4950, upon receipt of a REFUNDABLE deposit in the amount of $50.00 payable to the City of Bellevue. *A Builder's Card will NOT be accepted in lieu of deposit check.
CD's and Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit in the amount of $20.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Only Complete Sets of Bid Documents may be obtained.
If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a NON-REFUNDABLE fee in the amount of $20.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Bid Documents MUST be returned, in good condition, within 10 calendar days of Bid Opening to obtain a deposit refund.
If Bid Documents are NOT returned within the time specified, deposit check will be forfeited.
