Bidders are requested to attend a pre-bid conference on the 15th day of January, 2014, at 2:00 p.m. local time. Bidders
shall meet at the office of Omaha Housing Authority, 540 South 27th Street, Omaha, NE 68105 no later than the time
mentioned herein before. Following the pre-bid conference, a site visit will be held at the project site if desired by any
bidders. Contractors are requested to prepare a written list of any questions they may have, for response if required by
written Addendum. No questions will be answered verbally.

Separate Sealed proposals will be received by the Owner at the Omaha Housing Authority, 540 South 27th Street,
Omaha, Nebraska 68105, until 1:00 p.m. local time on the 31st day of January, 2014, for furnishing all labor, tools, materials,
and equipment required to complete all work designated as Highland Tower Site Improvements as per plans and
specifications for such work now on file with the Owner and at the office of A&D Technical Supply, 4320 South 89th
Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68127, which proposals will be at that time publicly opened, read aloud and tabulated.

The work shall consist of removal and replacement of the existing parking lot and pedestrian pavement, construction of
an additional parking lot, grading and erosion control, landscaping, parking lot lighting, and other miscellaneous items.
All work and materials shall be in compliance with the plans and specifications prepared by The Schemmer Associates
Inc., 1044 N. 115th Street, Suite 300, Omaha, Nebraska 68154.

CD's and Downloads containing a complete set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit in the amount of $20.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Only Complete Sets of Bid Documents may be obtained.
If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a NON-REFUNDABLE fee in the amount of $20.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
