PreBid Info:   A pre-bid meeting will be held at the MPS Support Services Center - located at 13906 "F" Street, at 9:00 a.m. local time on Thursday, January 9, 2014. All bidders are encouraged to attend. Contractors wishing to access the Neihardt Elementary roof areas will need to make an appointment by contacting Ed Rockwell atleast 24 hours in advance.

Bid Info:   Your firm is invited to submit proposal(s) for the project(s) known as Millard Public Schools-Neihardt Elementary School - Kalwall Skylight Replacement before 11:00 a.m. local time on Tuesday, January 21, 2014. At that time, Bids will be opened and read aloud at Don Stroh Administration Center, Room "A". Bids should be submitted to: Mr. Ed Rockwell, Don Stroh Administration Center, Conference Room "A", 5606 South 147th Street, Omaha, NE 68137.

Project Location: Omaha, Nebraska

Public Notes:
The project includes replacement of the east facing skylight panels, with a bid alternate for replacement of the west facing, and end skylight panels.

Bid Documents may be purchased from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127, (402)592-4950, upon receipt of a NON-REFUNDABLE fee in the amount of $10.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc. - A Builder's Card will NOT be accepted in lieu of deposit check.
CD's and Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a NON-REFUNDABLE fee in the amount of $10.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
-Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained. No partial set orders will be allowed.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a NON-REFUNDABLE fee in the amount of $20.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
