Your firm is invited to submit proposal(s) for the project(s) known as Millard Public Schools - South High School - Re-Roofing Phases IV & V (Roof Areas H,I,K,L,M,N,P,S,T,U,W, and X) before 9:00 a.m. local time on Tuesday, January 21, 2014. At that time, Bids will be opened and read aloud at Don Stroh Administration Center, Room "A". The project includes removal of existing BUR and flashings, gutters and downspouts, and re-roofing with a new fully adhered 90 mil EPDM roof system, new flashings, gutters, downspouts, raising existing curbs, vent stacks, and miscellaneous sheet metal work. Approximate are to be re-roofed is 66,661 S.F. A bid Alternate for an additional 2,841 S.F. of re-roofing will also be taken.
