Re-Roofing areas A, B and H for Millard Public Schools - Norris Elementary School, located at 12424 Weir Street, Omaha, NE 68137. The project includes remocal of existing BUR and flashing, gutters and downspouts on both sloped and flat roof surfaces, and re-roofing with a new fully adhered 60 mil EPDM roof system, adding tapered crickets in valleys, new gutters, downspouts and miscellaneous sheet metal work. Work also includes replacement of two exhaust fan curbs, and raising of other curbs and vent stacks. Approximate are to be re-roofed is 18,478 SF.
