PreBid Info:   A pre-bid meeting will be held at the MPS Support Services Center located at 13906 F Street, at 9:30 AM local time on Thursday, January 9, 2014. All bidders are encouraged to attend. Contractors wishing to access the Ackerman roof areas will need to make an appointment by contacting Ed Rockwell atleast 24 hours in advance.

At that time bids will be opened and read aloud at Don Stroh Administration Center, Room 'A'.

Project Location: Omaha, Nebraska

Public Notes:
New Firestone Elastomeric roof coating system for Millard Public Schools - Ackerman Elementary School - All Roof Sections, located at 5110 S. 156th Street, Omaha, NE 68135. The project includes preparation and recoating of existing warranted modified bitumen roofing system, and replacement of two Kalwall Skylights with related sheet metal work. Approximate area to be coated is 51,347 SF.

Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127 (402)592-4950, upon receipt of a non-refundable deposit in the amount of $10.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
*A Builder's Card will NOT be accepted in lieu of deposit check.
Only Complete Sets of Bid Documents may be obtained.
CD's and Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable deposit in the amount of $10.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $20.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

Bid Documents are available PURCHASE ONLY.
Bid Documents shall not be returned, as no deposit refund will be issued.
