Bid Info:   Sealed bids will be received at the Brady Public School Board Room until 2:00 PM, on January 23, 2014, by the Brady Board of Education, Brady School District, Brady, Nebraska. Bids shall be for all construction for the Additions & Alterations to Brady Public Schools, Brady, Nebraska. All bids properly received will be opened at that time in an open and public letting. The Board of Education will review all bids with the architect with the intent of awarding a contract for all construction to the lowerst responsible bidder.

Job Purchase Information:
Plans and specifications for the above construction may be obtained after December 23, 2013 from A & D Technical Plan Service, 4320 So. 89th St, Omaha, Ne. 68127 (1-800-228- 2753) by submitting a $100.00 refundable deposit payable to Joseph R. Hewgley for each printed set required;
or by paying a non-refundable fee of $25.00 for a CD or Download containing a complete set of drawings and specifications.

The deposit of $100 will be returned to actual bidders upon return of plans and specifications in good condition, within 10 days of bid opening to the architect.

If shipping is required, there is a non-refundable fee of $25.00, made payable to A&D Technical Supply Co. If shipping of CD's is required there is a non-refundable fee of 9.00 made payable to A&D Technical Supply Co.
