Bids will be received until 2:00 PM (CST), Tuesday, January 28, 2014, at the office of the Construction Manager, Beckenhauer Construction, Inc., 1901 Riverside Blvd., Norfolk, Nebraska 68701-2233. Bids received after this time will not be accepted. Bids will be privately opened by the Construction Manager at Risk and will be reviewed and evaluated with the Owner and Architect at a later date.

Work of this proposed contract will consist of partial demolition, general construction of a building addition and remodeling, including structural, mechanical, electrical and civil work.

Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127, (402)592-4950, upon receipt of a refundable deposit in the amount of $100.00 payable to Wayne State Collge.
Only Complete Sets of Bid Documents may be obtained; no partial sets will be issued.
CD's and Downloads containing a complete set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $35.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $35.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
The entire deposit will be refunded upon the return of these documents, including any addenda issued thereto, to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127, in good condition, within ten (10) calendar days after the bid date.
After that time the documents shall be returned to the Construction Manager at Risk, Beckenhauer Construction Inc., 1901 Riverside Blvd., Norfolk, Nebraska 68701-2233.
Do NOT return Bid Documents to the office of the Architect.
