PreBid Info:   A tour of the existing building and a pre-bid conference will be held at the building on January 2, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. Bidders will meet in the main lobby of the Ashland-Greenwood High School. Bidders are encouraged to attend walkthrough.

Bid Info:   Ashland-Greenwood Public Schools will receive sealed bids until 10:00 a.m. Central Time on January 9, 2014 at the Administration Office of Ashland-Greenwood Public Schools, 1225 Clay Street, Ashland, Nebraska 68003. Bids received after this time will not be accepted. Bids will be opened at a Bid Opening Meeting in the Ashland-Greenwood Public Schools Administration Office at 11:00 a.m. Central Time on January 9, 2014. All parties are invited to attend.

Project Location: Ashland, Nebraska

Public Notes:
Project consists of numerous mechanical system upgrades. Work indicated on Mechanical sheets shall be performed by mechanical contractor, who will enlist the services of an electrical subcontractor, a controls subcontractor, and a testing, adjusting and balancing subcontractor to assist with completion of the work. Work indicated on the Electrical sheets shall be performed by the electrical contractor, who will also assist the mechanical contractor with electrical wiring of boilers, pumps and variable frequency drives.

Construction commencement date is May 23, 2014.

The Owner would like substantial completion of the project by the end of the 2014 school summer vacation period (August 4, 2014).

Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127, (402)592-4950, upon receipt of a refundable deposit in the amount of $50.00 payable to Specialized Engineering Solutions. *A CURRENT Builder's Card will also be accepted in lieu of deposit check.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained.
CD's and Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable deposit in the amount of $20.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $20.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

Bid Documents MUST be returned, in good condition, to the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc. within 7 calendar days of Bid Date to obtain a deposit refund.
If Bid Documents are NOT returned within the time specified, the deposit will be forfeited.
