PreBid Info:   A Pre-Bid Conference will be held for potential Prime Bidders on Monday, December 16, 2013 at 10:00 AM at the Facilities Office Building on the Columbus Campus of Central Community College. No tours will be scheduled before or after the date of the Pre-Bid Conference.

Bid Info:   Sealed bids will be received until 10:00 AM, Thursday, January 2, 2014, at the office of Central Community College, Administration Office Board Room, 3134 W. Hwy 34, Grand Island, Nebraska, at which hour, or as soon as possible thereafter, the received bids will be publicly opened and considered for the furnishing of labor, materials and equipment necessary for the proper construction of said project. If mailed, mail to Central Community College, ATTN: Marilyn Bottrell, Purchasing Manager, PO Box 4903, Grand Island, NE 68802-4903.

Public Notes:
All bids will be for a single Prime Contract to complete the work in accordance with the Drawings and Specifications prepared by Farris Engineering Inc., 12700 West Dodge Road, Omaha, NE and bids will be received only upon the printed Proposal Forms furnished by the Engineer.

Prime Contractors may obtain bidding documents from:
A&D Technical Supply Co., 4320 So. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127 (402) 592-4950 ext. 4, or by the Virtual Plan Room at www.adtechsupply.com.

A deposit in the amount of $25.00 (made payable to Farris Engineering) will be required for each set of bidding documents.

If shipping is required there is a non refundable flat rate of $20.00 per set made payable to A&D Technical Supply.

The deposit will be refunded in full if documents are returned with fifteen(15) days of the bid date.
