Bid Info:   Lund Ross Constructors will accept bids from qualified subcontractors for partial renovation of the existing building located at 4920 South 30th Street until 2:00 PM CST, Tuesday, December 10, 2013. Submit bids to Lund Ross via fax or email. Bids will be opened privately and reviewed before accepted. Bids received after this time will not be accepted.

Public Notes:
The Work includes but is not limited to:

Remodel of a portion of first floor, the entire second floor and a portion of the third floor of the Livestock Exchange Building. The first floor remodel includes reconfiguring an existing quick sick area into a smaller waiting area and reception, a lab, and an office area. Additionally the existing break room will have a finish upgrade and minor casework modifications. The second floor remodel includes reconfiguring the two registration desks into a consolidated location in the center lobby space. The north and south registration desks and nurse's stations will be modified to have lower walls and new casework. All finishes will be upgraded on the entire floor. The third floor remodel includes minor modifications to the reception desk and an entire finish upgrade to the entire south portion of the floor.

The project will be broken into a minimum of 4 phases. Coordinate with the Owner and General Contractor on final phasing.

Portions of the work may include nights, weekends and off-hour work. Coordinate with the Owner and General Contractor on specific requirements.



Job Purchase Information:
Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127, (402)592-4950, upon receipt of a refundable deposit in the amount of $100.00 payable to Alley Poyner Macchietto Architecture.
*A CURRENT Builder's Card will also be accepted in lieu of deposit check.
Only Complete Sets of Bid Documents may be obtained.
CD's and Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable deposit in the amount of $25.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $25.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

Bid Documents MUST be returned complete and in “like new” condition to obtain a deposit refund.
Bid Documents MUST be returned no later than one month after bid date to obtain a deposit refund.
One reminder phone call will be placed before deposit is forfeited.
