Bid Info:   Andersen Construction is requesting bids from qualified subcontractors for the Village Cooperative project located in Council Bluffs, Iowa. The closed bids will be received by the Owner at 2:00 PM on Thursday, December 19, 2013 at the Owner’s office.

Project Location: Council Bluffs, Iowa

Public Notes:
This project will require Davis-Bacon wage rates.

This project includes the complete construction work within the Contract limit line including general construction, plumbing, heating and ventilating, electrical work, rough and finish grading, all site work including clearing of the site, utilities and lawns and planting.

Work may be commenced upon receipt of Notice to Proceed and completed within 330 calendar days.

CD's and Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable deposit in the amount of $20.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $25.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
