Projects consists of renovation of existing church which includes mechanical and plumbing upgrades. The mechanical portion of work consists of a renovation to the existing HVAC system within a significant portion of the existing church. Scope of mechanical work to include demolition of existing gas-fired boiler, steam radiators, steam piping, vacuum pump, and other items with the existing steam heating system, existing air handling units, fan coil units, furnace and existing condensing units that will be replaced with new equipment. New work to include new air handling unit, furnaces, heat pumps, condensing units, exhaust fans, outdoor air intakes, condensate piping, natural gas piping and new ductwork to provide heating, cooling, and ventilation for the existing church. Electrical scope to include upgrade to 208V three-phase electrical service. Work will include service replacement will include new conductors from utility pole mounted transformers, new main panelboard, and new lighting and appliance panelboards along with new and revised electrical connections to HVAC. Architectural scope to include cutting and patching to accommodate HVAC and electrical work, painting and touch up painting for cutting and patching, demolition to accommodate HVAC work, steel angles for new wall penetrations.

Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127, (402)592-4950, upon receipt of a refundable deposit in the amount of $50.00 payable to Wilkins Hinrichs Stober Architects. *A Builder's Card will NOT be accepted in lieu of deposit check.
Only Complete Sets of Bid Documents may be obtained.
CD's containing a Complete Set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable deposit in the amount of $20.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Electronic Downloads are NOT available for this project.
If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $20.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
The deposit will be returned in full only if a qualified bid is submitted and the Bid Documents are returned within fifteen (15) calendar days of the bid determination, or if the Contractor decides not to submit a Proposal and the Bid Documents are returned with seven (7) days prior to the bid opening.
