Bid Info:   Sealed bids will be received in the 209 Pearl Street office of the City Clerk until 10:00 o'clock a.m. on Thursday, December 19, 2013 for all work set forth in the plans, specifications, and proposals for the above mentioned project. Bids will be opened and publicly read immediately following the filing deadline in the City Clerk's office of City Hall.

Project Location: Council Bluffs, Iowa

Public Notes:
The work under the proposed contract shall be completed as detailed in the Instructions to Bidders. All work is to be completed on or before June 30, 2014.
Work to commence within 10 calendar days from the date the Notice to Proceed is issued.



Job Purchase Information:
Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127, (402)592-4950, upon receipt of a refundable deposit check in the
amount of $50.00 payable to HGM Associates.
*A Builder's Card will NOT be accepted in lieu of a deposit check.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained.
CD's and Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available for this project upon receipt of a non-refundable deposit in the amount of $10.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $15.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

Bid Documents MUST be returned to the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., in good condition, within 14 calendar days of Bid Opening to obtain a deposit refund.
If Bid Documents are NOT returned within the time specified, deposit will be forfeited.
