This project includes; Steel Studs, Drywall, Painting,
Glass & Glazing, Suspended Ceilings, Flooring,
Masonry, Structural Steel,
Concrete Foundations, Roof Replacement,
EIFS (Synthetic Stucco) and some Exterior Concrete.
This project will be done in two phases;
Phase 1 is expected to start December 10, 2013.
The owner will occupy part of the building during construction
so scheduling and coordinating work between the contractor, sub contractor,
owner and engineer is very critical on this job.
