Project Location: North Platte, Nebraska

Public Notes:
Approximate Scope of Work – Interior installation of a new HVAC system to condition the original, historic portion of the Lincoln County Courthouse as outlined in the construction documents. Work will include, but is not limited to; mechanical, electrical, plumbing, architectural finishes and ceilings, and structural as needed. Work will commence as the building is occupied and functional. Scheduled occupant temporary relocation and work after hours will be coordinated by the courthouse.



Job Purchase Information:
Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127 (402)592-4950, upon receipt of a refundable deposit in the amount of $50.00 payable to ME Group. *A Builder's Card will NOT be accepted in lieu of deposit check.
Only Complete Sets of Bid Documents may be obtained.
CD's and Downloads containing a complete set of Bid Documents in PDF format may be obtained upon receipt of a non-refundable deposit in the amount of $20.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $20.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $9.00, payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

Bid Documents MUST be returned to the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc. within 14 calendar days of Bid Opening, in good condition, to receive a deposit refund.
If Bid Documents are not returned within 14 calendar days, deposit will be forfeited.
