Bid Info:   Dial Realty Construction will accept bids from qualified Contractors for the new construction per the Construction Documents until 2:00 PM CST, Tuesday December 10, 2013 at 11506 Nicholas Street Suite 100, Omaha, NE, 68154. Bids received after this time will not be accepted.

Project Location: Omaha, Nebraska

Public Notes:
The Work includes but is not limited to the new construction of a 3 story full-service assisted living facility. The project is HUD financed and there are various specification sections that are included and must be followed. All HUD product bulletins are to be followed as noted in the specification manual.

Dial Realty Construction will accept bids from qualified Contractors for the new construction per the Construction Documents until 2:00 PM CST, Tuesday December 10th, 2013 at 11506 Nicholas Street Suite 100, Omaha, NE, 68154. The contractors shall submit bids via email or mail with the label “PROPOSAL Dial Aksarben Village” and the name of the bidder written clearly on its front. Bids received after this time will not be accepted. All contractors submitting bids for the work are representing that they have carefully examined the site and building and are familiar with all conditions that may affect the Work under the Contract.



Job Purchase Information:
Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127 (402)592-4950, upon receipt of a refundable deposit in the amount of $100.00 payable to Alley Poyner Macchietto Architecture. - A CURRENT Builder's Card will also be accepted in lieu of deposit check.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained.
CD's and Downloads containing a complete set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable deposit in the amount of $25.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $25.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $9.00, payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

Plans must be returned no later than one month after bid date. One reminder call will be placed before deposit is forfeited.
