The following General Contractors are invited to submit a proposal for the project known as Omaha Country Club - Practice Facility:
Tuttle Construction, Lueder Construction, D.R. Anderson Constructors, Boyd Jones Construction, and Barry Larson & Son, Inc.
Bids shall be submitted to the attention of Mr. Jon Davis, OCC General Manager, Omaha Country Club, 6900 Country Club Road, Omaha, NE 68152. A bid is invalid if it has not been deposited at the location noted above prior to the time and date for receipt of bids indicated in this Advertisement for Bids, or prior to any extension thereof issued to the bidders.

Bid Documents may be obtained from A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127(402)592-4950, upon receipt of a refundable deposit in the amount of $25.00 payable to Bahr, Vermeer, Haecker Architects.
Refundable Deposit is CHECK ONLY - Builder's Cards will NOT be accepted in lieu of deposit check.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained.
CD's containing a complete set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable deposit in the amount of $15.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Electronic Downloads are NOT available for this project.
If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $15.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Deposit check will be released upon return of Bid Documents, in good condition, no later than 15 business days after Bid Opening to the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
After 15 business days, the deposit will be forfeited.
Do NOT return Bid Documents to the Architect's office.
