Bid Info:   Your firm is invited to submit a proposal for the project known as Fremont Family YMCA Camp Lodge located on West Military Avenue before 10:00 am local daylight savings time on Friday, 15 November, 2013. At that time, Bids will be privately opened. Bids shall be submitted to Gifford Realty, Inc. (General Contractor), at the following address:

Fremont, Nebraska 68025.

A bid is invalid if it has not been deposited at the location noted above prior to the time and date for receipt of bids indicated in this Advertisement for Bids, or prior to any extension thereof issued to the bidders. Bidders may also email bids to pgifford@gwestoffice.net or fax bids to 402-721-3470. Bids must be recieved before time and date indicated above.

Public Notes:
The Fremont Family YMCA Camp Lodge is a 6,000 SF plus community based lake lodge located on West Military Ave. in Fremont, Ne. The lodge is the first building of many future camp structures and amenities master planned. The lodge features a Great Room for flexible meeting and gathering functions, an Activities room for indoor camp activities, and support spaces including an indoor/outdoor locker room that doubles as a tornado shelter. Additional community meeting rooms are also planned as a future addition. Constructed of heavy timber cedar post and beams, commercial wood and miscellaneous steel framing, exposed wood joists, cement board siding, standing seam roofing, and aluminum clad wood window and doors.



Job Purchase Information:
Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127, (402)592-4950, upon receipt of a refundable deposit in the amount of $75.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Builder's Cards will not be accepted in lieu of deposit check.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained.
CD's and Downloads are not available for this project.
Only hard copy sets of Bid Documents may be obtained.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $20.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

Deposit will be released upon return of Bid Documents, in 'like new' condition, no later than 15 business days after Bid Opening to the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
After 15 business days, the deposit will be forfeited.
Do NOT return Bid Documents to the Architect's office.
