Bidders shall carefully examine the documents and the construction site to obtain first-hand knowledge of existing conditions. Access to the site may be arranged by calling Maintenance at
(402) 457-2307 between the hours of 8:30 A.M. and 3:30 PM.
Contractors will not be given extra payments for conditions which can be determined by examining the site and documents.
Job Purchase Information:
Copies of the Contract Documents may be viewed and/or obtained from A&D Technical Supply Company Inc., www.adtechsupply.com, 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68127, 402-592-4950 upon receipt of a refundable deposit in the amount of $50.00 payable to Farris Engineering.
If shipping is required, there is a flat rate of $20.00 per set. (Please address all checks for shipping to A&D Tech Supply Plan Room)
All deposit checks and shipping checks are mailed to A&D Technical Supply Company, 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127.
Interested bidders should contact A&D to request plans and check on availability.
CD's and Download's are available for a non-refundable fee of $15.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co.
Plans MUST be returned within 14 calendar days of Bid Opening, or deposit will be forfeited.
