Sealed bids will be received by the Scotts Bluff County Clerkâs Office, Scottsbluff, Nebraska until 12:00 P.M. (noon), Mountain Standard Time, on November 13, 2013 for the New Bus Barn for Scotts Bluff County, Gering, Nebraska. Bids will be received in the office of the county clerk, located at 1825 10th Street, Gering, Nebraska 69341 and should be marked Attn: Vera Dulaney. All bids, properly received, will be opened at that time in an open and public letting. The Architect and Owner will review all bids with the intent of awarding a contract for all construction to the lowest responsive responsible bidder with or without alternates.

This project is funded with Federal Transportation Administration (FTA) funds. Bidder shall at all
times comply with all applicable FTA regulations, policies, procedures and directives, including
without limitation those listed directly or by reference in the current Master Agreement between the
Nebraska Department of Roads and the FTA. Said Master Agreement is therefore included in this
project by reference; provisions of the Davis-Bacon Wages, Energy Policy and Conservation Act,
and other provisions. Federal clauses and assurances are given in the specifications.

Only Complete Sets of Plans and Specifications may be obtained.
A CD or Electronic Download containing a Full Set of Plans and Specifications in PDF format are available upon receipt of a NON-REFUNDABLE fee in the amount of $20.00, payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., and are available ONLY after a hard copy set has been obtained.
If shipping of Plans and Specifications is required, there is a NON-REFUNDABLE fee in the amount of $25.00, payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a NON-REFUNDABLE fee in the amount of $9.00, payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
