Base bid includes four roof areas totaling 24,272 SF, with one Bid Alternate for 21,881 SF. The project includes fully-adhered EPDM roofing systems, metal deck infill, minor site drainage improvements and sheet metal work. It is intended that the work be completed during the summer of 2014 when school is not in session. Refer to section 011000 - Summary, of the Project Manual for more information.

Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127, (402) 592-4950, upon receipt of a refundable deposit in the amount of $50.00 payable to Lewis Central Community Schools.
Builder's Cards will NOT be accepted in lieu of deposit check.
Only Complete Sets of Bid Documents may be obtained.
CD's and Downloads containing a Full Set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee of $20.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee of $20.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat non-refundable fee of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Bid Documents MUST be returned to the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc. no later than 15 Business Days after Bid Opening, or deposit will be forfeited.
Do NOT return Bid Documents to the Architect's office.
