Bid Info:   Arch Icon will accept bids from qualified Sub-contractors for building new construction residential multifamily duplexes located at 1010 Longview Road, Missouri Valley IA, until 2:00 PM CDT, Wednesday, October 30th, 2013 by e-mail or fax. E-mail is preferred, but fax is acceptable. Sealed Bids for the project will be received by the General Contractor and will be opened privately and reviewed before being accepted. Bids received after this time will not be considered. The sub-contractors shall submit bids with “PROPOSAL, Longview Estates”, the trade, and the name of the bidder in the subject line.

Project Location: Missouri Valley, Iowa

Public Notes:
All sub-contractors submitting bids for the work are representing that they have carefully examined the site and plans and are familiar with all conditions that may affect the Work under the Contract.



Job Purchase Information:
Drawings and Specifications may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127, (402) 592-4950, upon receipt of a $50.00 refundable deposit made payable to Arch Icon Construction. A CURRENT Builder's Card will also be accepted in lieu of deposit check.
Only complete sets of Drawings and Specifications may be obtained.
CD's and Downloads are NOT available for this project.

If shipping of Drawings and Specifications is required, there is a $20.00 fee payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

Drawings and Specifications MUST be returned in 'like new' condition within 30 calendar days of Bid Opening, or deposit will be forfeited.
ONE reminder phone call will be placed before deposit is forfeited.
