The Sanitary and Improvement District No. 560 of Douglas County, NE (Northridge), will receive
sealed bids until 2:00 p.m. Local Time, on October 31, 2013, at Olsson Associates (2111 South
67th Street, Suite 200, Omaha, NE 68106), at which time and place all bids will be publicly opened
and read aloud for furnishing labor, materials, and performing all necessary work for construction of
the project entitled "Paving & Storm Sewer Section I - SID 560 Northridge”.

Unit Base Bid: This section consists of on-site storm sewer for the Northridge development including the installation of pipes, bedding, associated inlet and outlet structures, and other
miscellaneous storm sewer items.
This section also, consists of on-site paving including the
installation of concrete paving, handicap ramps, seeding, and other miscellaneous paving items.

Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127, (402) 592-4950, upon receipt of a non-refundable deposit (CHECK ONLY) in the amount of $35.00 payable to Olsson Associates.
Builder's Cards will NOT be accepted in lieu of deposit check.
If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a $15.00 non-refundable fee payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
CD's and Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available for a fee of $15.00 (non-refundable) payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Bid Documents are available PURCHASE ONLY.
Do NOT return Bid Documents, as no deposit refund will be issued.
