Offers will be opened publicly immediately after the time for receipt of bids. The Owner will consider the bids received for the furnishing of said labor, materials and equipment necessary for the proper
construction of the aforesaid project.

The Project consists of remodeling the CAMPUS CENTER building (approximately 15,500 sq. ft. Basement and First Floor) of classroom and office space; remodeling the HALL building (approximately 13,300 sq ft on the First Floor) of cafeteria kitchen and dining room space; and an addition between the two buildings that is about 5,000 sq. ft.
• New Site/Civil work includes earthwork, concrete drives, concrete walks, outdoor plaza, site furnishings, storm drainage improvements, bioretention garden, landscaping and irrigation system. New construction includes masonry and limestone veneer exterior walls, aluminum store front windows, custom aluminum clad wood windows, custom steel butt-glazed curtain wall, monumental stair and custom railing, metal stud framed interior walls, ceilings, hollow metal doors and frames, kitchen equipment/fixtures and custom casework. Exterior finishes include masonry, limestone veneer, and metal panel canopy. Interior finishes include carpet, floor/wall tile, resilient flooring, various accessible ceilings, custom casework and countertops and paint. New fire sprinkler. New MEP scope includes : HVAC supply of conditioned air in all occupied areas; the main mechanical system consists of a horizontal geothermal loopfield. Plumbing and electrical and coordinating A/V equipment.

Builder's Cards will NOT be accepted in lieu of deposit check.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained.
If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee of $30.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
CD's are available upon receipt of a flat fee of $30.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Downloads are NOT available for this project.
Bid Documents MUST be returned to the office of Wilkins Hinrichs Stober Architects within 15 calendar days of Bid opening, or deposit check will be forfeited.
