Project Location: 303 W. Church Street, Pleasanton, Ne.

Public Notes:
The components of the project shall include the following items,
as well as other trades as documented in the contract documents;
Addition and renovation to the existing Pleasanton School Building including
Mechanical and Electrical Systems. The new construction consists of insulated,
precast structural concrete panels as well as load bearing CMU with steel roof framing
and includes all associated finishes. Several project scopes have been bid,
please refer to the project manuals for scopes to be bid under this bid package.
The work shall be completed in several phases through the end of 2014,
all work schedules shall be coordinated
with the construction manager BD Construction.
