Bidders may obtain Bidding Documents from A&D Technical Supply, 4320 South 89th Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68127 (402-592-4950) from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. local time, Monday through Friday, in accord with the Instructions to Bidders, upon depositing the sum of $100 for each set of Documents, made payable to BCDM. The entire deposit will be refunded upon the return of the Documents, in good condition, within 10 days after the bid opening to the printer, A&D Technical Supply.
If shipping is required, there is a non-refundable fee of $25.00, made payable to A&D Technical Supply.
CD's and Downloads are available for a non-refundable fee of $30.00, made payable to A&D Technical Supply.
