The Sanitary and Improvement District No. 537 of Douglas County, NE (The Prairies), will receive
sealed bids until October 22, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. Local Time, at Olsson Associates (2111 South 67th
Street, Suite 200, Omaha, NE 68106), at which time and place all bids will be publicly opened and
read aloud for furnishing labor, materials, and performing all necessary work for construction of the
project entitled "Storm Sewer and Paving- Section I”

Public Notes:

This project involves building all proposed streets within The Prairies including
connecting the development to existing development to the east and Skyline Drive to the west.
Along with paving, this project involves the construction of a public storm sewer system that will
convey all runoff to two sediment control/detention basins on the east side of the project and a
third to the south.

Plans and Specifications may be obtained from the office of the printer, A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127, (402)592-4950, upon receipt of a non-refundable deposit in the amount of $45.00, payable to Olsson Associates.
Only complete sets of Plans and Specifications will be issued.
If shipping of Plans and Specifications is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $15.00, payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
CD's and Downloads containing a Full Set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $15.00, payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Plans and Specifications are available PURCHASE ONLY. Do NOT return Plans and Specifications, as no deposit refund will be issued.
