Arch Icon Construction Corporation is the General Contractor for this project. Arch Icon will accept bids from qualified Sub-contractors for building new construction residential mutlifamily duplexes located at 13th & White Street, Woodbine, IA until 2:00 PM CDT, Wednesday, October 16, 2013 by e-mail or fax. E-mail is preferred, but fax is acceptable. The sub-contractors shall submit bids with "PROPOSAL, ROSE COURT ESTATES", the trade, and the name of the bidder in the subject line. Sealed Bids for the project will be received by the General Contractor and will be opened privately and reviewed before being accepted. Bids received after this time will not be considered.

Drawings and Specifications may be obtained upon receipt of a $50.00 refundable deposit (check or builder's card) payable to Arch Icon Construction, P.C.
If shipping is required, there is a flat fee of $20.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co. Plan Room.
Plans MUST be returned complete and in "like new" condition no later than one month after Bid Date to obtain a refund. One reminder phone call will be placed before deposit is forfeited.
