Buland Group is the negotiated General Contractor for the remodel of the Glenbrook Townhouses in Lincoln, NE.
This is a 90 unit townhouse renovation, plus a new community building. Scope of work will include the removal of interior appliances, cabinets/countertops, windows, sills, all trim, doors, carpet, toilet accessories, toilets/showers, patio deck, washer/dryer & accessories and replaced with new finishes, fire/CO alarm, security system and appliances. Exterior work includes the demo/replace sidewalks/paving, vinyl siding, shingle repair, new gutters and earthwork for positive drainage; this also includes a considerable amount of landscaping.

It is advised to call ahead before obtaining a set of Bid Documents, to ensure Bid Documents are available.
If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee of $20.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
CD's and Download's containing a complete set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available for a fee of $20.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
