Bids signed and under seal, executed and dated, will be received by the Village of Hildreth, 248 Commercial Avenue, Hildreth, Nebraska before 2:00 p.m. local standard time on Thusday, the Twenty-fourth day of October 2013, for the furnishing of all labor, materials, and equipment for the Hildreth Public Library Expansion and Renovation. Offers will be opened publicly immediately after the time for receipt of bids. The Owner will consider the bids received for the furnishing of said labor, materials and equipment necessary for the proper construction of the aforesaid project.

All work shall be furnished in strict accordance with the Bid Documents prepared by Wilkins Hinrichs Stober Architects LLC, 2908 West 39th Street, Suite A, Kearney, Nebraska, 68845 and bids will be
received only upon the printed Proposal Forms furnished by the Architect.

Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of the printer, A&D Technical Supply Co, Inc., 4320 S. 89th St., Omaha, NE 68127, (402) 592-4950, upon receipt of a $50.00 refundable deposit check payable to Wilkins Hinrichs Stober Architects. *Builder's Cards will NOT be accepted in lieu of deposit.
If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a $15.00 non-refundable fee payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
CD's containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available for a fee of $15.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a $9.00 flat fee payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Bid Documents MUST be returned to the office of Wilkins Hinrichs Stober Architects within 15 calendar days of Bid Opening, or deposit will be forfeited.
