A Pre-Bid walkthrough meeting is scheduled at St. Pauls Lutheran Church, 1515 S. Harrison St., Grand Island, NE at
9:00 a.m. on Thursday October 10, 2013. Contractors interested in bidding on the project may attend this meeting to
review the overall scope of the project and to ask questions on certain aspects of the respective project. The Architect,
Engineer and representatives of St. Pauls Lutheran Church will be in attendance to provide assistance in answering
questions on the project.

Sealed bids will be received for the construction of the HVAC Renovations at St. Pauls Lutheran Church, Grand Island, Nebraska. Proposals will be received until 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, October 22, 2013, in the main office at St. Pauls Lutheran Church, 1515 S. Harrison St., Grand Island, Nebraska. Proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud at the above date and time, or shortly thereafter.

Phase 1 work shall consist of: Removing the (2) existing chillers, concrete pads and associated piping; Install new air cooled chiller(s), refrigerant piping, condenser, electrical, circulating pumps, piping and controls. Phase 2 work shall consist of: Removing the (2) existing boilers, flue, and associated piping; Install new boilers, flue, piping, circulating pumps and controls; Demo existing hot water supply piping to classroom fin tube heaters per the plans; Install new control valves and hot water piping to classroom fin tube heaters per the plans. Phase 3 work shall consist of: Removing the existing roof top units, lights and classroom ceilings; Install new fan coil units, piping, lights and ceilings; Finish any remaining items from the previous (2) phases.

A deposit in the amount of one hundred dollars ($100.00) payable to CMBA will be requested on each set of the Bidding Documents.
The deposit will be returned ONLY if the contract documents are returned complete and in good condition to the Architect , within TEN (10) days after the opening of proposals.
