The Board of Regents of the University of Nebraska invites Bids for a Single Prime Contract at The University of Nebraska Medical Center, Omaha, Nebraska (UNMC). The Work
consists of but is not limited to removal/replacement of ceilings with demolition, new
controls and a complete HVAC remodel on the third level. Work in the fourth level
mechanical room includes general demolition, central air handler modifications, existing
pump and piping replacement, new steam heat exchanger installations, and new controls.
Work on the tenth level includes removal/replacement of ceilings, demolition of existing
supply air terminal boxes, installation of new supply and exhaust terminal boxes, fume hood
modifications and new controls. Work in the eleventh level mechanical penthouse includes
demolition of existing fume hood exhaust fans with installation of new ducting up to new
exhaust fans on eleventh level roof.

-CURRENT Builder's Cards will also be accepted in lieu of a deposit check.
-Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained.
-If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee of $15.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
CD's and Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available for a non-refundable fee of $20.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a non-refundable fee of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
