Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of the printer, A&D Technical Supply Co., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127 (402)592-4950, upon receipt of a refundable deposit of $100.00 payable to Wilkins Hinrichs Stober Architects.
The Refundable Deposit is CHECK ONLY, no Builder's Cards will be accepted in lieu of deposit.
If shipping is required, there is a non-refundable fee of $25.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co.
CD's are available for a non-refundable fee of $20.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co.
Downloads are not available on this project.
The deposit will be returned in full only if a
qualified bid is submitted and the Bid Documents are returned within fifteen (15) days of the bid
determination, or if the Contractor decides not to submit a Proposal and the Bid Documents are
returned with seven (7) days prior to the bid opening.
If Bid Documents are not returned within specified time constraints, the deposit will be forfeited.
