Bid Info:   Sealed bids will be accepted by the Owner for construction of an Office Building Addition and Renovation located at 1004 Ivy Street, Stanton, Nebraska. Offers are due before 2:00 pm local daylight time on the 24th day of September, 2013.
Bids will be opened and read in private.

Work includes, but is not necessarily limited to the following: Miscellaneous demolition; Concrete footings, foundations and floor slabs, reinforcing; Concrete and clay masonry, mortar, & accessories; Steel beams, columns, stairs, railings; Open-web, steel roof joists; Metal roof deck; Cold formed metal furring; Metal fabrications; Rough carpentry; Finish carpentry; Architectural wood casework; Plastic paneling (FRP); Thermal insulation; Weather barriers; Painting; Interior signage; Toilet accessories; Wall mounted standards and brackets; Plumbing; HVAC; Security and data systems - conduit only; Electrical power and lighting; Excavation & fill; Final grading; Termite control treatment; Concrete sidewalks; Chain link fencing; and Site utilities, including water, storm drainage, gas, & sanitary sewerage.



Job Purchase Information:
Contractors may obtain drawings and specifications for the work from the office of A & D Technical Supply Co., located at 4320 South 89th St, Omaha, NE 68127, (402) 592-4950 ex. 4, or by order through their Virtual Plan Room at www.adtechsupply.com.

A Refundable Deposit of $100.00 will be required to obtain Bidding Documents.

Checks made payable to RVW, Inc.

Complete sets of documents must be returned within 15 calendar days of the bid determination to obtain a refund.

BID DOCUMENTS SHALL BE RETURNED TO THE OFFICE OF RVW, INC. 4118 HOWARD BLVD. P.O. BOX 495, COLUMBUS, NE 68602.



If shipping is required, there is a flat rate of $25.00 per set (Please address all checks for shipping to A&D Tech Supply Plan Room at 4320 S. 89th St. Omaha, Ne. 68127).

CD's of the project in .pdf format are available at a cost of $25.00 per CD, purchase only. Shipping costs on all CD's will be $9.00. Checks for CD's and related shipping costs shall be made payable to A&D Technical Supply Co.
