A bid in invalid if it has not been deposited at the location noted above prior to the time and date for receipt of bids indicated in this Advertisement for Bids, or prior to any extension thereof issued to the bidders.

Pre-selected General Contractors are invited to submit a proposal for the project known as: Camp Calvin Crest - Pool and Bath House, located at Camp Calvin Crest, 2870 County Road 13, Fremont, Nebraska 68025, before 2:00PM local time, on Thursday, September 12, 2013. At that time bids will be privately opened.
The pre-selected General Contractors that have been invited to bid are:
Gifford Realty, Inc., Boschult Engineering Co., Fauss Construction, Lueder Construction Co., and B-D Construction.

Drawings and Specifications may be obtained from A&D Technical Supply Co., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127, (402) 592-4950 upon receipt of a refundable deposit check in the amount of $25.00 payable to BVH Architects.
Only complete sets of Bidding Documents will be issued.
If shipping is required, there is a non-refundable fee of $15.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co.
CD's and Download's containing a full set of Bidding Documents in PDF format are available for a non-refundable fee of $15.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co.
Bidding Documents MUST be returned within 15 days of the Bid Opening, or the deposit will be forfeited.
Do NOT return bidding documents to the Architect's office.
