Your firm is invited to submit an offer to Lueder Construction for renovations to the existing gymnasium at Lifegate Church located at 15555 W. Dodge Road, Omaha, NE.
Job Purchase Information:
Bid Documents for a Stipulated Sum contract may be examined/obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply, 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127 upon receipt of a refundable deposit of $50.00 payable to Lueder Construction.
Current Builder's Cards will also be accepted.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents will be issued.
If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee of $20.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply.
CD's and Download's containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available for a non-refundable fee of $15.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a non-refundable flat fee of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply.
Bid Documents MUST be returned in 'like new' condition within 10 days of Bid Opening, or deposit check will be forfeited.
