Project Location: Omaha, Nebraska

Public Notes:
The project consists of New Construction of a 3-story full service Assisted Living Facility. The project is HUD financed and there are various specification sections that are included and must be followed. All HUD product bulletins are to be followed as noted in the specification manual.

Drawings and Specifications may be obtained upon receipt of a $100 refundable deposit or a CURRENT Builder's Card payable to Alley Poyner Macchietto Architecture.

If shipping is required, there is a flat fee of $25.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co. Plan Room.

CD's and Download's containing a full set of Drawings and Specifications are available for a non-refundable fee of $25.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co. Plan Room.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a non-refundable flat fee of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co. Plan Room.

Plans MUST be returned no later than one month after Bid Date. One reminder phone call will be placed before deposit is forfeited.
