Sealed bids for the renovation/construction of the Columbus Park Community Center Re-Roof, 1515 South 24th Street, Omaha, NE 68107 are invited and will be received on or before the bid opening date, as per the project’s specifications.

Bidders may view the contract documents (plans & specifications, etc.) on the project free of charge from their website.
Electronic or hard copy prints of all contract documents may be obtained from them by contacting them directly and placing an order.

Contract Documents are available for a non-refundable fee of $10.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Plan Room.

If shipping is required, there is a non-refundable fee of $15.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Plan Room.

CD's and Download's containing a full set of Contract Documents are available for this project for a non-refundable fee of $5.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Plan Room.
