PreBid Info:   A Pre-bid Conference will be held on Wednesday September 18, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. at the south Lobby/Entry, Dawson Building, on the Central Community College - Hastings campus. Meeting attendance is not required but is suggested.

Bid Info:   Bids signed and under seal, executed, and dated will be received at the office of the Central Community College at the Administration Office, 3134 West Hwy 34, Grand Island, Nebraska before 3:00 p.m. local standard time on the Twenty-sixth day of September, 2013 for the furnishing of all labor, materials, and equipment for the roof replacement of Central Community College Dawson Gym on the Hastings campus.

Project Location: Hastings, Nebraska

Public Notes:
The Central Community College Dawson roofing project consists of EPDM single-ply roofing membrane with additional polyisocyanurate insulation layers to be installed on this roofs. Project also includes all associated flashing, perimeter cap flashing and new roof drains.



Job Purchase Information:
A refundable deposit in the amount of $75.00 made payable to Wilkins Hinrichs Stober Architects will be required for each set of bidding documents.

If shipping is required, there is a non-refundable fee of $15.00 made payable to A&D Technical Supply.

The deposit will be returned in full only if a qualified bid is submitted and the Drawings and Specifications are returned within fifteen (15) days of the bid determination, or if the Contractor decides not to submit a Proposal and the Drawings and Specifications are returned within seven (7) days prior to the bid opening.

All Bid Documents shall be returned to Wilkins Hinrichs Stober Architects, L.L.C., 2908 West 39th Street, Suite A, Kearney, Nebraska 68845.
