Sealed bids for the Iowa Western Community College, Engineering Technology Building, Council Bluffs, Iowa, will be received at the Administrative Office, Ashley Hall, Iowa Western Community College, 2700 College Road, Council Bluffs, IA 51503; (712) 325-3235, until 2:00 p.m. on September 18, 2013 and will be opened publicly in Conference Room C161 located in Clark Hall.

Copies of the Bid Documents may be viewed and/or obtained from A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., www.adtechsupply.com, 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, Nebraska, 402-592-4950 upon a deposit of $ 150.00 payable to Iowa Western Community College. A current Builder's Card will also be accepted.
If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee of $30.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Plan Room for S&H fees.
CD's and Download's containing a full set of Bid Documents are available for a non-refundable fee of $20.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Plan Room.
Plans must be returned to the office of A&D Technical Supply Co, Inc. within 14 calendar days from the bid date, or the plan deposit will be forfeited.
You may use a Credit Card for purchases of CD's or Download's on this project.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a non-refundable fee of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Plan Room.
