Public Notes:
Your firm is invited to submit a proposal for the project known as Flatland Church Addition and Renovation located at 4801 N. 144th Street, Omaha, NE 68116 before 2:00 pm local standard time on 4 September, 2013.
At that time, Bids will be privately opened.



Job Purchase Information:
Bidding documents may be obtained from the office of the printer, A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc. located at 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127, (402)592-4950.

Bidding Documents may be examined at Omaha Builder's Exchange, the office of Lueder Construction, and at Dropbox.com

A refundable check in the amount of $150 made payable to Lueder Construction is required per plan set.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained.

Deposit will be released upon return of Bid Documents, in good condition, no later than 15 business days after Bid Opening to the office of the Construction Manager.
After 15 days, the deposit will be forfeited.
Do not return bidding documents to the Architect's office.

If shipping is required, there is a non-refundable fee of $30.00 for S&H made payable to A&D Technical Supply Co. Plan Room.

CD's and Download's containing a complete set of Bidding Documents are available for a non-refundable fee of $30.00, made payable to A&D Technical Supply Co. Plan Room.
